We are so excited to announce that registration for the 2025 summer soccer season has officially opened! Please read the following information before registering your participant:
1) Registration fees will rise $40 (late fee) for each age category AFTER the registration deadlines:
Deadline for Youth (U11, U13, U15, U18 and Senior) Registration is April 15th 2025.
Deadline for Eastern Eagles Mini (U3 to U9) Registration is May 20th 2025.
Deadline for Vernon River Mini (U3 to U9) Registration is May 31st 2025.
2) 2025 Official Registration Ages & Fees:
U5 (Born in 2021, 2020, and 2022) $80.00
U7 (Born in 2019 & 2018) $115.00
U9 (Born in 2017 & 2016) $115.00
U11 (Born in 2015 & 2014) $165.00
U13 (Born in 2013 & 2012) $195.00
U15 (Born in 2011 & 2010) $195.00
U18 (Born in 2009, 2008, & 2007) $195.00
Senior Men and Women (Born in 2006 & older) $105.00
*Coaching Registration is also open!
3) Discounts & Late Fees
**If you are seeking to receive ANY of the following discounts PLEASE email easterneaglessoccer@gmail.com to receive them. Please make sure your child is registered in the RAMP system before reaching out for any discount (do not pay, just register, then reach out for one). If you are looking for the coaching discount, please make sure you have registered on RAMP as a coach as well**
- Coaching Discount
When you have been approved to coach a Mini and/or Youth team and you have registered as a coach on RAMP, the registrar will apply the discount on RAMP. There is only one registration discount per coach, for instance, coaching both of your children who are on different teams. The discount will be applied to the higher registration fee of the children.
- Family Discount
A soccer family with 3 or more children registered in Youth or Mini is eligible to receive the family discount. The discount will ONLY occur if you reach out to the Registrar (Katelyn easterneaglessoccer@gmail.com) there is no way of the system recognizing this discount, the registrar has to enter it manually. The family discount is as follows:
3 or more children registered in Youth or Mini (any players in U5 do not apply)
The oldest two players must pay the full registration fee
The third and subsequent players will be charged the PEISA fee only…
PEISA fees for 2025: $33.50 for Mini (U6 to U9) $53.50 for Youth (U11 to U18)
U5 is already a discounted program and that is why it does not apply for the family discount
- Financial Support Programs
If you need financial assistance with the cost of registration for mini or youth soccer here are the following application links for Kidsport and Jumpstart. If you are using these programs for registration fee coverage PLEASE let the registrar know - easterneaglessoccer@gmail.com .
The registration fees listed above will increase by $40 after the registration deadlines also listed above. Youth players will be ineligible to play if the registration fees are not paid in full by May. 31st. If you need to arrange a payment plan or are receiving KidSport or Jumpstart funding please reach out to the Registrar (Katelyn at easterneaglessoccer@gmail.com). Mini registration fees are to be paid in full by June. 30th. Players MUST be registered through our RAMP system before hitting the field for ANY type of soccer event (i.e. evaluation session, try-out, practice, game) due to insurance reasons.
4) 2025 Registration Promotion:
If you register for the 2025 summer soccer season before March. 20th you have the chance to win 1 of 3 $50 gas cards! Every player registration for Vernon River and Eastern Eagles will count as one ballot. Winner will be announced March. 30th!
