FEES AND FAMILY DISCOUNTS
2025 Registration Fees:
Registration for the Summer 2025 Soccer Season has opened! Be sure to register by March 20th and be entered in a draw for a chance to win one of three $50 gas cards!
Registration fees will rise $40 (late fee) for each age category AFTER the registration deadlines:

Deadline for Youth Registration is April 15th 2025.

Deadline for Eastern Eagles Mini Registration is May 20th 2025.

Deadline for Vernon River Mini Registration is May 31st 2025.
Youth players will be INELIGIBLE to play if the registration fees are not paid in full by May 31st. If you need to arrange a payment plan or are receiving KidSport or Jumpstart funding, please reach out to the Registrar (Katelyn at easterneaglesoccer@gmail.com). Mini Registration fees are to be paid in full by June 30th.

EE & VR Mini Soccer:
U5 (Born in 2022, 2021, and 2020) - $80.00
U7 (Born in 2019 & 2018) - $115.00
U9 (Born in 2017 & 2016) - $115.00
Youth Soccer:
U11 (Born in 2015 & 2014) - $165.00 -- NOW: $205
U13 (Born in 2013 & 2012) - $195.00 -- NOW: $235.00
U15 (Born in 2011 & 2010) - $195.00 -- NOW: $235.00
U18 (Born in 2009, 2008, & 2007) - $195.00 -- NOW: $235.00
Senior (Born in 2006 and older) - $105.00
Discounts & Late Fees
If you are seeking to receive ANY of the following discounts PLEASE email easterneaglessoccer@gmail.com to receive them. Please make sure your child is registered in the RAMP system before reaching out for any discount. If you are looking for the coaching discount, please make sure you have registered on RAMP as a coach as well.
Coaching Discount
When you have been approved to coach a Mini and/or Youth team, and you have registered as a coach on RAMP, the registrar will apply the discount on RAMP. There is only one registration discount per coach. For instance: coaching both of your children who are on different teams. The discount will be applied to the higher registration fee of the children.
Family Discount
A soccer family with 3 or more children registered in Youth or Mini is eligible to receive the family discount. The discount will ONLY occur if you reach out to the Registrar (Katelyn easterneaglessoccer@gmail.com). There is no way of the system recognizing this discount, the registrar has to enter it manually. The family discount is as follows:
- 3 or more children registered in Youth or Mini (any players in U5 do not apply)
- The oldest two players must pay the full registration fee
- The third and subsequent players will be charged the PEISA fee only…
- PEISA fees for 2025: $37.50 for Mini (U6 to U9) $57.50 for Youth (U11 to U18)
- U5 is already a discounted program and that is why it does not apply for the family discount
Financial Support Programs
If you need financial assistance with the cost of registration for mini or youth soccer, here are the application links for Kidsport and Jumpstart. If you are using these programs for registration fee coverage, PLEASE contact the registrar easterneaglessoccer@gmail.com .
Late Fees
The registration fees listed above will increase by $40 after the registration deadlines, also listed above. After the registration deadlines, the Youth players registrations will only be accepted if the prospective team and age category needs more players.
For Insurance purposes, players MUST be registered through our RAMP system before hitting the field for ANY type of soccer event (ie. evaluation, try out, practice, game).
