Job Summary:
Eastern Eagles Soccer Association is seeking enthusiastic and organized individuals to assist
with the administration and coordination of soccer programs throughout the summer season.
This position is ideal for a student passionate about sports management, community
engagement, and youth programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and execution of summer soccer programs, tournaments, and events.
- Support the registration process and respond to inquiries from players, parents, and coaches.
- Coordinate field assignments.
- Help manage equipment distribution, inventory, and field setup.
- Assist with social media updates, website content, and promotional materials.
- Perform general office tasks, including phone calls and email correspondence.
- Other duties as assigned to support the success of the soccer association.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be a high-school student or a post-secondary student returning to studies in the fall.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in soccer (as a player, coach, or referee) is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation would be considered an asset.
- A criminal record check will be required
